These were small plants ten days ago, but when we arrived home late this afternoon we found they had grown considerably. We also were confused as to what they were, since Alayna and Elissa had planted marigolds. Well, they are sunflowers! No wonder they got so big. Oddly, the seed package they used was labeled as marigolds. Guess there was a mix-up at the seed packaging plant.
In any case, we are home, and we had a great time on our vacation.

Hehe..That is too funny. I would have been quite confused too...those would probably be the biggest marigolds I've ever seen! lol. Sunflowers are pretty though. You'll like them. You just won't be able to see out your window for awhile..lol.
