Elissa was recovering from a flu bug, so I took Alayna skiing. We went to Welch Village, which is about 45 miles from home. In the photo, Alayna is smiling. However, she was far from happy with me at that moment. If you look closely at the photo, just to the left of her (in the grove of trees), you can see the reason for her troubles. BLACK DIAMOND! She really had no reason to worry, as she survived, and even went on to doing several more. I'm a proud father, and had a wonderful day with my daughter.
